I work from a strengths- based and eclectic approach, helping you establish a treatment plan, utilize evidenced based strategies, and assist you in aligning with your existing values. My goal is to help you create a life worth living, because I know YOU are capable.
I also work from a relational approach with many of my clients, as the therapeutic relationship is immensely powerful and important to me. We are in this together. I believe you are the expert on yourself, so I am here to listen, and walk alongside of you!
I utilize eye movement desensitization reprocessing (EMDR), cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), exposure therapy, mindfulness practices, and follow a Health At Every Size (HAES) philosophy.
