I specialize in helping people to manage and recover from eating disorders and co-occuring illnesses. My goal is to help you build awareness, reconnect to yourself, and create a life worth living. I will help you heal your relationship with food and your body, as well as support you through difficult life events.
Clinical Intake Assessment (1 hour)- During your first visit, I will work with you to complete a comprehensive assessment of symptoms, psychosocial and medical history, and help you establish therapy goals. I will also help you establish an evidenced-based treatment plan and make appropriate recommendations.

Workshops and Consultation- I offer trainings for parents, clinicians, mental health clinics and school staff. I also offer consultation and supervision services to social workers and other mental health clinicians. Workshops and presentations include topics on:

Group Therapy- Myself and my colleague Jenna Halloran Karl, LICSW are offering a virtual adult anxiety group for ages 18 and up on Wednesdays from 4:00pm-5:00pm. This is a six-week skills group designed to help those struggling with anxiety, worry and uncertainty. The group utilizes an effective cognitive behavioral therapy approach, mindfulness tools, psychoeducation and peer support. It is designed to help individuals learn about their social and relational difficulties in a setting with others who experience similar struggles. Group fee is $350 for 6 weeks. Join our next group!
Telehealth Sessions- Using a HIPPA compliant software, I also offer telehealth sessions using Doxy Me. This service is great if you are looking to maintain therapy while away at college or during lunch break.
